    Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling incoming calls from new and existing customers regarding our electric vehicle (EV) charging products and services. Using their acquired knowledge of our products and services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals will address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.

    Pay:

    $16-$20 per hour

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Take incoming calls, responding to customer emails, and other support inquiries
    Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving common issues encountered while using EV charging stations
    Answer questions about the product details, the company, current programs, and issues with accounts or products
    Provide customers seeking to purchase products with information that encourages purchase by referring qualified leads to sales
    Ability to multi-task and work nimbly in a fast-paced environment-Uphold and maintain knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal, written, oral, technical, and business communication skills
    Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
    Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly and comfort working with and supporting technology products
    Familiarity with electric vehicles and electric vehicle charging products (preferred)
    Strong ability to learn and apply knowledge gained to improve customer service quality and efficiency
    Ability to follow through with tasks, projects, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision

    Education and/or Experience:

    • High School Diploma (required)
    • Associate Degree or Trade School Certificate (preferred)
    • 1 year experience in call center or helpdesk (preferred)
    • Prior experience with Microsoft Office (preferred)
    • Bilingual (Spanish and English) (preferred)

We’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with an ability to create and maintain a high-performance sales force with a high technical company. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. The ability to set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wants and concerns. Will be ready to prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

    • $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per week

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    Proficient in Microsoft Office
    Ability to travel at least 40-60% of the time

    Work may require, weekend and/or evening work.

    Marketing Coordinator prepares, executes, and completes various partnerships with local and regional companies. Conducts market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seeks out new sales opportunities and works with executive sales management to hit targets and exceed them. Creates new promotional ideas and works with design team to make those ideas reality.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching the EV industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
    Creates new marketing campaigns and promotional content
    Establishes, populates, and maintains a database for key account contacts for use with account-based marketing activations.
    Travel when needed.
    Attend trade show events when needed.
    Assist with other duties as assigned.
